The company has begun its activities in 1995 with 6 employees busy with manufacturing of various spare parts for private clients and industrial companies in Panevėžys area. Range of metal working services, production volume and number of employees increased as demand for the services grew up.
Significant investment into new equipment – CNC milling, CNC plasma/gas cutting and CNC press brake (sheet bending) expanded capabilities and strengthened company‘s export positions.
The technical potential of the company embodies wide range metal processing equipment, both CNC and conventional, highly qualified engineering-technical personnel, as well as workers, who can efficiently and qualitatively fulfill obligations of the customers.
Company produces machined parts, technological tooling, dies, moulds, welded structures according to Customer demands. Wide range of products: from simple single components, serial production till assembly of sophisticated units and equipment using own products and products from other industries. Our engineers participate in new product designing and development process from prototype testing, product refinement till start-up of industrial serial production.
The metal processing division presently employs 45 people. Its manufacturing premises cover 3000 square meters, with a huge potential for expansion.
Another 45 employees are busy in the transport division. It provides local and international transportation services. At present, company runs 30 trucks and 15 trailers.

We are constantly expanding our export sales and presently exports make about 70% of turnover. Our products reach customers in Sweden, Norway, Germany, France, Finland, Denmark and other countries.
Transport division works in whole Europe, specializes in Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Polish markets.
